Amber Anderson, Nurse Practitioner, Joins Tennova Healthcare - Cleveland

Cleveland, TN – Tennova Healthcare – Cleveland is delighted to announce the addition of Amber Anderson, N.P., to the neurology services team. With a commitment to be the provider of choice for our patients, Tennova Healthcare – Cleveland recognizes the growing neurology needs of our community and is committed to strengthening these services. Amber’s appointment reflects this dedication and further strengthens our mission to define excellence, and give hope, in healthcare.
As a member of the Tennova Healthcare – Cleveland family, Amber brings with her a passion for delivering patient-centered care. She will work closely with the team to help patients assess their healthcare needs, deliver personalized treatment plans, and provide education on neurological conditions, management, and rehabilitation/recovery.

We look forward to introducing her to the community.”
A native of East Tennessee, Amber graduated in 2015 with her Bachelor of Science in nursing from South College in Knoxville, TN. After working as a RN in intensive care and post-operative settings, Amber graduated from the University of South Alabama with her Master of Science in nursing in 2022 and became a dually certified family nurse practitioner and adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner. From there, Amber completed a neurology residency for advanced practice providers at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC.
“I am honored to bring my neurology experience to the community at Tennova Healthcare – Cleveland. As a nurse practitioner, I believe treating the patient is just as important as treating the disease itself. Every day provides me with an opportunity to educate my patients and develop a plan to help enhance their quality of life based on their personal goals. I look forward to working alongside Dr. Bear and his team,” states Ms. Anderson.
