What is the difference between physical and occupational therapy?
Physical therapy emphasizes rehab as it relates to how you move through a typical day (getting up, moving around, negotiating obstacles). Occupational therapy emphasizes rehab as it relates to tasks you need to complete during a typical day (putting on clothes, driving a car, washing your hair).
